CNY

wearing: puma sweatshirt and jeans
mood: :) and tired.

I got so inspired by reading blogs the other day that i wanted to renew my defunct blog.

Although its pretty redundant as:

1)only livejournal users can comment, and if anyone is just like me, ill just read and not say anything
2)i wonder if anyone reads blogs anymore.
3)this is a last minute 3am thing.

Exams are around the corner which increases my dependency on blogging
just have to TYPEEE it out (im too lazy to spend my energy cleaning up the room anyway)

Im really quite happy in melbourne
i cant believe the semester is over.
Although its a little sad that the semester is over, im pretty glad it is
it does get tiring
and the thought of going through another 2 and a half years
oh god i'd rather clean up my room.

so some pictures of melbourne that im very sure you all would like to see:

heh im a little lazy to put everything up.
i cant wait for next year when a bunch of you are coming over! i would love to invite you guys over but i would have to check with my two new roomates. Its pretty exciting having the new bachelorette pad. Naturally we discussed small technicalities of our behaviour which i will not go into detail about.

go to thosegreedyfingers.wordpress.com
Zhangmamaz is the overlord HAHAHAH WTH HAHAHA

And i will kill that china girl the next time i see her. I went down to frank tate to find a seat, she saw me, stood up and put her bag on that seat. AND WENT BACK TO SIT DOWN she dieee.
she diee.

snortaramous

wearing: pyjamas
mood: happy

Im back!

London was delicious (had a lot of good food ahah)
Paris was beautiful (and so are my hands considering that i just spilt glitter all over it) but once you see one parisan building, the rest looks relatively the same.

Im lazy to describe my adventures in detail but it was great fun with the bomberman gang.
I think what was funny was that we missed our train to paris.
Too long a breakfast you see.
We managed to book the next one though so it wasnt too bad.

Kelly and i are honourary members of harrods. I believe we had contributed to the large bonuses that the staff would be recieiving this year.

Now that im back (and not working, harhar) i have so many things i want to do but i have no idea where to start.
Should i:

1) Read the 5 novels i borrowed from the library
2)play kingdom hearts 2 (FINALLY GOT IT AHAH)
3)watch some drama with my mum which has one of my favourite actors
4)start uploading songs for my ipod (copied my niece and bought the nano one)
5)sleep

wow, so many choices.

"roger that madam"

CNY
wearing: a plaided dress
mood: exhausted.

I've never hated anything as much as i hate packing.
Usually its because of the aftermath of it.
My room is in such a mess, its like the cyclone from sichuan took a detour to 335 bukit timah road.
As my dad said, "Even refugee victims wouldn't want to live in your room".
Demoralising? HAH not.

Nothing can shake me out of the good mood i've been feeling the whole day.
Finally, the bomberman gang trip is about to start.
Its been always a childhood thing between kel and i that we will travel together one day
(excluding parents, they dont count).
Now, before i start my journey to university, i finally have the opportunity to do so. Hurrah!
However, just thinking about the plane ride is enough to make me want to give up the whole trip and stay home to watch cartoons.

Oh by the way, ironman is a pretty good movie.
I hope you guys stayed all the way until the credits to see the prelude to the next movie.
However, my superhero of the moment is:

PIZZAMAN

stars in my head.

wearing: pyjamas!
mood: no feeling

Dear Readers (if you exist  besides those i have connected to me on my LJ page)

Im finally updating this blog for after quite some time.  I wish i could update more, but with all the stuff i have to do...
im a busy girl you know.
who also forgot her livejournal password.

Ever had that drowsy feeling that you KNOW you can fall asleep but you just CANT?
I took a triple dosage of medical pills for my flu and i still cant sleep
My body is sleeping yet my mind is wide awakeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.
Its pretty late, 2.15 am but i dunch care
its my holidays, i am going to lead the decadent lifestyle.

Today i went down to a certain travel agency to book  tickets for the Eurostar from london to paris.
I hate to complain about people but the one who assisted me was pretty annyoing.
In order to get the cheaper deal of S$195 tickets, i should sign up with an international student license to consider me
valid for that promotion (its called the blue promotion, i wonder why)
I have no problem with the student license because i need that for other stuff
the thing is, when she was on the Eurostar booking site, she had a time limit of about 15 minutes. only.
However, during that span of 15 minutes to book she:
1)did the license first instead of booking after
2) talked about her glorifying adventures in the clubs of london. and how strict rules in singapore were.
3) talked about her friend who was born in america, studied in japan, graduated in holland and works in singapore.
as a result, she was logged out of the site and when she tried to book a ticket for us at the above-mentioned price
the ticket price shot up to $360. If only she didnt waste time and just booked the ticket first. She can always dive into the others later.
"would you mind if you just book the godamned tickets and talk later" is WHAT i wouldve said.
Sadly, it is to my shame that i was too nice to say anything like that, instead i said "wow your friend has such a interesting life".
-smacks self on head-

the ticketing turned out well but i still cant sleep.
SO NOW IM HAVING TONS OF FUN WITH THIS YOUCAM program I HAVE AHHHAHHAHAHHAHHHSD

 yunxis wish
im going to send this to everyone for christmas. muahah.

  ..

HAHA my mom is so going to kill me.

  JENZILLA.

okari nasai!

wearing: long blue top and jeans
mood: hyper until tired.

So im back from the land of the rising sun.
Part 2 of my world adventures has been completed before university starts.
Speaking of which, i've been accepted into uni of melb mass comm.
Will talk about that another time when i have the mood
i've been doing so much research on the accomodation that i just want to heck it all and live on the streets.

ANYWAY, Japan was fun. The brice and i conquered japan with our brilliant personalities and camera flashes.
Food was great, duh.
The japanese people were really easy to get along with but the diffculty in conversing with them made me feel like i was choking
because of the many pauses i had to make. I only knew one word japanese and i have no idea how to say any phrase except
"watashi charlene des" (i am charlene for those who have a POORER COMMAND of japan-speak than me you sad sad people).
It really isnt a good opening line because it leads the way to a conversation whereby i have no skill in. If the medium is japanese.

The japanese people are really self-centered too but in a good way. They dont care about others basically. No one looks at each other in the streets, showing that they are very focused on themselves in their lives. Its pretty disturbing to see japanese guys plucking their eyebrows which are more defined that my mothers.

im a little lazy to type so heres pictures:
 upon arrival, we acted diva-ish.
truck driver fell asleep. sigh a victim of japans long working hours.

to be in japan is quite demoralising for a girl. Just look at the newscaster.
 SNOW BABY
 our version of dragonball
 a-typical japanese program

OK I CANT TAKE IT I NEED TO WATCH TV

(by the way brice im so happy so spend 7 days with you. Its been a long time since we really spent time together and we have to hang out again before i leave. i want to see you in a yukata one more time!)

..redbull.

Theres this bottle of red liquid and a delicate looking glass cup sitting infront of me.
I look like a typical middle class stressed out worker trying to enjoy a glass of wine every night.
I sit at my computer. Sigh. And drink.
Drink to my hearts content
Drink all the worries away.
Every sip of the cool gushing liquid is enough to bring my mind back into equilibrium.
Ribena apple tastes so freaking  good.

Had a full day today and im updating this blog for the sake of WWL and K.J Hong.
i still miss cambridge man
All the nights staying up late to talk
and getting lost in london..

OH UP IS A VIDEO BY my beautiful best friend
im starting my career in marketing now!

orange juice

 Wearing: sesame street pyjamas

Today i drank a jug, not a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice.
SHIOK AH.

I really should cut down the number of activities ive got planned out for myself.
Sadly, everything is crashing on a saturday.
This saturday to be exact.
IVe got an SMU interview to go for, a dance class and my uncles wedding (afternoon session) to go for.
Dont you hate it when you've got your week nicely planned out and everythings clashing together.

I cant freaking wait for paris
Apparently the louvre is having a huge exhibition on the babylonian times
theres going to be sculptures and paintings by artists during those times depicting the culture there.
It was the las vegas of their time and i want to see.

I was reading a malaysian magazine and there was this guy being interviewed. Hes really cute hahahah.

Karisa looks so hot on tatler gah.
As compared to me, i looked like a ball in the old issues.
As my dad said "A ball in a ball".

UBA

wearing: green top, jeans and a colourful necklace
mood: awesome oh wow.

March is the most streneous month of my entire life. Im out of the door everyday at 9am only to be back around 11pm doing all kinds of stuff.
I never really had the chance to sit down and type. Nor do i want to really because im dying to watch this TV series that ive got to give back soon.

Yet i just wanted to blog for the sake of, well, blogging.

Tomorrow is going to be pretty exciting if you like the at-home atmosphere. Benji, Charles and I are having a romantic sukiyaki dinner
at my place tomorrow. I cant wait to have the beef in that heavenly sweet mother-of-god broth. I would want to get wagyu beef but
those two would probably kill me. However, i must admit, i am slightly hesistant about the sukiyaki dinner because:

1)omg its two boys and a tai tai cooking hahahahahahhaha.
2)i dont think we have the patience to wait for the soup to boil. It'll be a lot more bearable in a restaurant where you cant see
whats happening within the kitchen thus time passes faster.
3)i think we would end up fighting over the food.
4) Sumo wrestlers eat a lot of japanese soupy stuff like sukiyaki and shabu shabu. If its so healthy, why are they so fat?!

Theres a great selection of movies to watch this month:

THE BUCKET LIST!!!!!!!!!! (found the plot really interesting)
An empress and the warriors (finally a female main lead in a chinese war movie)
Becoming jane
Untraceble
The other bolelyn girl
and theres this other movie called "feet unbound" or something about the ladies in the chinese red army.
I will conquer all these movies,  be it by myself or with others.

I hope everyones university applications are going well. I hate writing the essays on achievements, what a painnn.
